The project of the year !
Started up in 1956 and renovated several times, the Flégère cable car will be replaced from next winter by a last generation facility of the manufacturer Doppelmayr, with 10-seater and panoramic cabins which will also increase the capacity of the infrastructure.
As part of this new development, the future departure station will be resolutely modern, design and digital.
The project provides a layout of 300 m2 offering a shopping space, a welcoming center (front desk), an express tickets purchase area (automatic machines), an experiential room (images of the Mont Blanc Natural Resort sites diffused on large screens).
For our customer wellness, a waiting area will also be set up in the lobby, with a cozy corner and a coffee truck.
The construction works has begun in May 2019 and the cable car will be closed all summer, before reopening for the next winter season.
