NOS METIERS

Customers reception & Sales Staff

Customer reception takes place all along the chain; each link is a player who makes a contribution to customer satisfaction and to ensuring their loyalty. A quality service can only be provided by offering a targeted product and interpreting everyone’s expectations. Our sales staff listens to our clients in order to offer the product that suits them and answers their expectations and provides relevant information to help with choices. Sales can be made through a variety of channels – direct sales at our ticket offices, by downloading the product from our web site, sales through clearly indentified intermediaries and on-line sales. Additionally, to keep our clients informed in real time, we have centralised information and we continually broadcast operating conditions and snow conditions in our ski areas on our web site and on information panels situated in the town centre. Information can also be obtained by calling our PC Reception. To effectively fulfil these tasks, teams are at customer’s disposal.
